I was born on July 20th 1960. I graduated in 1978 from Kecoughtan High School in Hampton, VA. I lettered and played many sports such as football, baseball, wrestling, swimming, and track. While attending Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA from 1978-1984, I continued to participate in many recreational sports, as well as becoming an avid “all natural” bodybuilder.
I decided to tryout for the U.S. National and Olympic Bobsled Team in 1986. I called the Bobsled Federation to get info on how to tryout. They sent me the tryout schedule, and it said I must complete 8 events consisting of earning points based on how fast you can run, how high and far you can jump, and several explosive strength tests. Just like a decathlon.
I decided to figure out if there was a fast way to not only train for the events, but to get drastic improvements very quickly in sprinting, jumping, and strength-a shortcut if you will, to get great explosive gains. I was able to fine tune these skills after meeting and sharing with the athletes I met from other countries during my tryouts in Lake Placid, NY.
I have created the answer to every athlete’s prayers!! I created an 8-week exercise guide for developing incredible explosive strength gains in weightlifting, as well as, incredible gains in jumping and sprinting.
My 8-week explosive jumping and sprinting program “averages” an increase of 12-18 inches on the vertical leap, and an increase in sprinting speed at the same time. I had a high school athlete improve from a 5.0sec 40-yard dash, to a 4.4sec in 8-weeks, and an improvement in the 100-meters from 11.0sec to 10.4sec. He also gained 15 inches on his vertical leap.
My 8-week explosive strength program “averages” gains between 100lbs and 200lbs on each of the bench press, squat, and dead lift, and 40-50lbs in just the first 2-weeks. The program can be used on any body part, such as biceps and triceps, etc.
As an athlete of many sports, and bodybuilding, I know that this book should be marketed to all athletes of all sports, men, women, boys, girls, Pro athletes, Olympic athletes, and athletes of all countries. With all the talk about steroids in MLB, Pro Football, Wrestling, and the Olympics, this book will absolutely come to the rescue!
These programs will give athletes greater explosive gains than any illegal steroid program. Athletes won’t have to train for years when they can train for 8 weeks. This program will and should “compliment” their existing programs.
The market is for millions and millions of athletes and coaches of all levels, generation after generation to come.
